I tried and you're right. Loading freezes on other part. This makes all components of Sovietpack which are parts of ISS pack

Yep. I think that all the problems relating to RO and MIR parts.

Reinstal KSP, redownload and reinstal ISS and Soviet pack and still freeze on loading screen . Without RO everything works fine.

First sorry for bad English Yes Mike. It freeze on loading screen. I use RO, RSS and yours freshest released parts packages. I made a couple of attempts, and I think it has something to do with the scale definitions in RO_ISS.cfg file. The problem is with MIR parts.

Module Manager can't load Mir_Core_Module . Any idea why guys?
