Collectable Experiments and Mystery Goo

I found the setting in SETI to change it. It's under "..\GameData\SETIctt\SETI-ScienceSettings.cfg" and "//---Part rebalance for Goo and Material". I don't particularly like that I can't take them out, and I really don't understand the logic behind it. So, I'm changing it back, because it makes me sad.
