It is located in my steam directory (D:\Steam\SteamApps\common\Kerbal Space Program) I tried through CKAN and by putting the folders into the GameData folder It starts up just fine. The parts are there but no toolbar for the mod or function to the mod parts. I play in sandbox to test if the mods work. Didn't mean to post it twice. oops

Sure, it's KerbalEngineer. But it does the same thing with all other mods. With or without CKAN they don't work.

I saw another thread on here about a guy that had problems installing mods on the steam version and I am having the same problem. Can I get some help because that thread seems to have died.
