Well, now that I said that, I loaded my Mun Science Lander that has been on the surface for quite some time with engines disabled, to do a quick experiment/transmit, and the large SAS exploded due to heat.
Same problem here. For me the large SAS module is the first item to overheat and everything else heats up to max after that. (with debug - ignore max temp enabled). This has happened several times and when it happens it always follows a time warp. There was little to no heat on the engines before the time warp. I have yet to have a part blow up due to heat when this bug does not trigger.
