  1. What if you limit the acceleration to 0m/s or 0.1 when your at your desired speed. SHOULD hold your speed then
  2. I dont think you can actually add planets, could be wrong. If i remember right the person who did the mod that added planets got in trouble for it cuz they had to decompile the game to do it.
  3. I actually made a part i call the mass oscillator module, or m.o.m, that can change its mass. I put one on the top of my ships and another on the bottom, now i can always keep my CoM where i want it. Still fine tuning it though.

Open the part you want and look for (or add) Module { Name = ModuleCommand Minimumcrew = 0 } That will make your pod unmanned, for sas the line is Module { Name = moduleSAS SASservicelevel = x } Just replace x with 1-3, the higher the more sas functionality. Taken from my mk1-2 pod that is unmanned, holds 16, sas of 3, and reaction wheel with 150 torque. Any other changes you need help with, id be happy to help.

If you get a chance iv been looking for way to make the rover wheel (the one that looks inflated) work in a horizontal position instead of the standard vertical position, like its extending out the front of the craft instead of the bottom. I was trying to make a rover that would still work when flipped like those older rc cars that would drive on either top or bottom. Might be kind of hard to do (i have no modeling xp) but if your up to the challenge it would be a part i use alot.

  7. Iv actually modified my ion engines so operate on just electric charge (xenon is .01/hr or something insane) and has a thrust of 250 AND generates alot of energy while on. let me know if you still need it and i can tweak it to your exact needs.
  8. What im wanting to do is have small wheels and such that i can enlarge and shrink as needed. Ialso have a dome part that slows me down in atmosphere really well, if i can put a small one one my ship then enlarge it before entering the atmosphere, i could use it like a chute you dont have to repack while still acting as a structural peice.
  9. Is it there a mod around to let me scale my parts in flight? If not is there a a tweak i can make to the cfg files to give me the desired effect?
  10. How do i make the pivoting joints stronger? I have a large ship using the wide angle pivot as part of the landing equipment, but the pivot isnt strong enough to hold the ship up. It just gives out.
