KSP crashes after a few reverts or launches

I seem to be dealing with this as well; but will test the reverts to be sure. [Running on Debian 8 via Steam, quad-core AMD processor, 8GB of RAM, MSI GeForce GTX 640 with 4GB of DDR3]
