I've been playing in KSP 1.0, with no mods installed, and for no apparent reason my game freezes either when I reenter the atmosphere or when I close out to the space center. I have it running on pretty high graphics, with an nvidia graphics card and about 4GB of free RAM. I'd prefer to not have my universe freeze whenever I try to launch a rocket, it's a very slow way of gameplay.
