  1. Hi forum folk. First of I am relatively over-exited today even on my own standards when it comes to....uhmm mf*ing anything in SPACE!!! I'm a new KSP player and cannot believe I have not discovered this game sooner. Amazing work by the developers and every contributor, I salute thee, Anyway back to the thread's topic. Today I decided to use those eon old engineering skills of mine for a change, I mean derping is fun and all, but lets see, KSP vs. real physics. So I believe everyone is familiar with kerbal engineer right...if not and you don't use mods....please use kerbal engineer redoux at least, also I suggest procedural part for evvvvery thing possible. 2 best mods. anyhow, so I made up my own project based NASA's current manned Mars initiative, focusing on the similar Kerbal system-like milestones such as establishing Kerbin independence inside of Kerbin SOI then outside of the SOI on a small celestial body and ultimately Duna Independence. I will happily submit my paper sketches and self proposals if anyone is interested. PS. I would like to finish this project dubbed Project Duna 0(zero) while posting everything I possibly can here. Since this thread is after all about what I did today, well this game stimulated me again after a very long time of intellectual dormancy. Today I did some physics for the fun of it, and a few novice sketches. This game is controversy to every person stating a video game of some sort is a bad habit only having negative long term effects. My nephew can barely understand English since he is very young, yet he watches this game with a apparent interest in orbital mechanics and engineering, case made? PS PS. So what I really did today was realize the original idea for creating Kerbal Space Program was a super-genius move.
