well everything so far hasn't worked, i don't know why this happens, i just want to play KSP

Well, if I did somehow download from a cache, I'd like to be safe and figure out how to download fresh

file size on steam said 1.1 GB so i can only assume not from cache. if I did, how do i not downlaod from cache?

Yes, fresh install. I don't know why it would be a machine issue, it has worked perfectly fine before recently

"real time protection" is off so I'm assuming yes

well, i deleted everything and even reinstalled to a different hard drive and "airgapped" my PC. Still does it, I sent a bug report to Squad...

Ive uninstalled, cleaned out the commonapps folder, permanently deleted everything via recycling bin. Before I reinstall, what else can i do?

my apolgies for such a late response, had a busy end of week but am now available. So, as of right now there is absolutely NOTHING KSP related on my hard drive. I'm currently reinstalling and will run it clean, absolutely stock, and if it does the loading bar stuck thing again, I will post a log for you guys to scour through. The only issue is that it usually works fine first install, but once I close the actual game and then try launching again, it does the "Loading Bar Stuck" thing. thanks for all your help so far!

Update: I deleted all mods and left the Squad folder in there. Localization issue gone it just stops loading. It shows an orange bar and it never moves, but the jokes and art cycles normally

Yeah, I've tried reinstalling and had no success, the the autoLOC_09494943 problem is fixed, the loading bar just gets stuck now

absolutely nothin, anyway i can replace?

KSP: 1.4.5 Windows 64bit Problem: Loading screen never progresses after getting stuck on "KAX/Parts/KAX_turboProp/KAX_turboProp/KAXturboprop" and has "#autoLOC_(8 numbers here)" above the bar.
