Jeb is dead?

My ksp is lagging so hard, i only have 1 fps, i was playing it earlier and then everything was all sunshine and buttercups, but now its hard even to open my saves! I have MSI GE60 so no lack in computing power, i was just wondering if someone had a fix for this, and yes i have tried to restart and lower my graphic settings. Thenks
