This has been reported countless times before dating back years and still hasn't been resolved even with the brand new 1.1 update. There's a UI scale but you can't increase the font size so anyone playing on a large monitor or expensive 4K set-up can't read anything. http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?/topic/80583-increase-font-size/

Still not fixed with 1.1. There's a very minor UI scale but it does little to nothing to increase the font size.
