So, I found a discussion about unity engine with the same problem as I had and they had 1 solution there. I did as they adviced and added "-force-gfx-st" into the launch options and it has seemed to reduce the crashes, can't confirm 100% yet that it has prevented them at all

Hi My KSP crashes, I think it crashes, because when it happens, it happens only with this game, I've tested with other games and also stress tested my GPU after it happened the first time. In short, while playing KSP I hear a device disconnected sound, my monitor loses connection and goes black, forcing me to reset my computer. It is not a system crash, as I can still control everything with my mouse and keyboard and use my keyboard to restart my PC, also why I believe KSP crashes is, because I don't hear game sounds anymore.
