renaming it seems to not work,

On the start menu of the game... I get a message saying: All toolbar plugin files should be located in GameData\000_Toolbar Do Not move any files from inside the toolbar Plugin folder Incorrect Path(s): GameDate\GameData\000_Toolbar\Toolbar.dll can anyone help??? thank you
