Yes, since CKAN gets the file from SpaceDock, as long as the SpaceDock link doesn't work, the CKAN download won't work either. It is still not working at present, but perhaps the problem will be found and corrected soon

An error message from CKAN --- Failed to download "https://spacedock.info/mod/86/Modular Rocket Systems/download/1.12.7" - error: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. I think the spaces between 'Modular Rocket Systems' should be removed
