micro stutter/freezing

Hi, I bought KSP 1.1 yesterday and have the sound stutter too. Many posts here or on Steam refer to http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/41900-Audio-skips-KSP-otherwise-jittery How can I read that post? Or can someone please say what is the trick contained in that thread that solves the sound problem?
