There is no hydrazine for RCS? Yes I did try editing the fuel tank from the action groups but hydrazine is not present in that list of fuels. I am not using any non-rp0 parts and have all the required mods.

Is there any way to hide the non-RP0 parts in career mode? I have to filter through so many parts in R&D.

My rocket only has a single stage, a basic sounding rocket and it happens while accelerating (positive acceleration). Any recommendation on what type of fuel tank I should use?

Why does my engine shut down due to unstable propellant in the main stage while under positive acceleration? Is it supposed to do that? I expect the engines shutting down due to unstable propellant while in a vacuum. I am in career mode still using the basic A4 engine.

Thank you for the clarification. I played lots of vanilla KSP and I was confused by the nodes which unlocked nothing, thinking it was a bug. I am still quite early in the career using sounding rockets but no issues found so far.

There are some nodes in R&D which unlock ABSOLUTELY NO PARTS. Some of these nodes are all the Nuclear Power nodes, Specialized Science tech (with some nodes after), Heat Management Systems (with all nodes after it) and many more. I have installed RP-0 and RO with all the required mods except Asteroid Day and Advance Jet Engine as they are not supported even for 1.1.
