Stuck loading the Mk1-2 command pod

Never mind I got it working by installing everything manually. -
I installed *some* mods (including RO, RSS and procedural Parts) and now when I to start my game it gets stuck loading the Mk1-2 command pod. I've already tried verifying game cash, but that didn't help.

What does "MM" stand for?

Does it delete any mods or saves?

Deleted the stock crafts and now I want to install them back. Any ideas on where to find them?
