I'm also having the same issue with running parts. There is no folder labeled as DmagicOrbitalScience/Plugins either, which one person said to check. Odd. Looking at the log, one line reads "[ERR 18:33:13.437] Cannot find a PartModule of typename 'DMModuleScienceAnimate'" I am using the version from GitHub as I couldn't find another download, and am running KSP in 64bit mode. My KSP version is 1.1.2.1260. The log in entirety is below.
