PS4 playing on a 56" TV. I tried sliding the UI control, but it only had a tiny fraction left to work with. So, it didnt make a noticable difference when I moved it. My setup is playable, but about half of the buttons are off-screen that are on the edge of the UI. I checked my TV for settings. Couldnt find any for resolution. Must be automatic. Its only a few years old. 1080p capable.

Theres 2 UI sliders, one of them just makes the UI take up more or less of the visible screen. The other one shrinks or enlarges the screen. For some stupid reason once you go to the main menu you have to hit back and then your at the actual main menu and its in the settings tab their. Thats how I solved it.

  2. On xbox you hit Y, then have to select UI mode, then pause the game and now you can click on your ship to do the research stuff. 1 thats way to much to just click stuff on the UI. 2 I can't for the life of me figure out how to switch back to controling the rocket. And I don't understand the map, I've seen videos of people make markers and then theres a trajectory line and a icon on the ball thing but I can't figure out how to do that, I cant even figure out how to zoom in. The controls on console are just so bad.

    This!

I guarantee you, that you have not checked your TV settings for the right Input setting.

Unfortunately every TV has a different name for this. Overscan, PC mode, Console Mode, Game mode, 1:1 ... the list goes on.

I would bet money that you played with a cropped picture for a long time without noticing it.

I have a sh*** RCA tv and the only options is has for screen size are normal, zoom, cinema, and wide. No overscan, pc mode, console mode, game mode or 1:1
