Well that's good news (and bad). I tried KSP on another computer, and indeed, it works so far, but now I'll have to figure out what's wrong with my laptop. Thanks!

KSP Version: 1.1.3 - I just paid for and downloaded KSP for the first time, after hearing enough good things about it What Happens: I start the first training program. After clicking "Next" a few times and entering the ship building facility, my whole computer instantly shuts off after a few seconds. Mods / Add-Ons: None. Never played this game before. And still haven't. Steps to Replicate: Explained well-enough above Result: Whole computer shuts off instantly. Fixes/Workarounds: None. Other Notes/Pictures/Log Files: Windows Home Premium 64 Bit on an Asus G75VW-NS71.
