Woo! Figured it out, inside my GameData folder there was a folder called "000_FilterExtensions Configs", I simply deleted the folder and problem solved! Thanks for the help anyways!

So yesterday I installed a bunch of mods for Kerbal Space Program, probably like ten, and when i went into the gamer i had like 20 different part categories. It is literally impossible to play the game like this, because finding the parts i want is now a struggle. I only want the 7 default categories. Here's a screenshot showing what I mean;struggle. PLS HELP
