[KSP V1.4.5] TAC Fuel Balancer v2.20

So I downloaded the latest build (2.9), and I'd been using it well last night with no problems. However, today I booted up KSP and the mod's button fails to "show up" in the toolbar. I tried redownloading & reinstalling TAC to no avail. Wondering if anyone has any tips/suggestions?
