  1. what would the fix for that be @sal_vager and thanks so much if this actually works.
  2. @sal_vager I have rebooted, I have uninstalled and re installed, I have tried turning off my mcafee anit virus, I have tried moving the KSP folder directly to the c drive (incase it was a read only file issue) I have tried installing the older 1.2 version and I have tried a GOG version of it version 2.4 or something, I have tried cleaning my ram cache to clean it out a bit nothing I do seems to work and like I said it seems to always be on the pod internals displaying in the loading screen when the game crashes...... I appreciate the help as I am just itching to get back to exploring the stars
  3. @sal_vager here is my diagnostic info there arent any screen shots to upload as the game never opens however the games loading bar does always stop with kerbalspaceprogram/places/cockpit/podinternals or something like that not sure if that is relevant. I am running windows 7 service pack 1, 64 bit. Was trying KSP ver 1.2.1 bought from the kerbal space program website program was working fine a few months ago and the only thing that happened to my computer between then and now was the installation of AutoCAD in which I had a bad install and they had to edit my registry so not sure if that may have something to do with it
  4. and I am not sure what the other thing is you asked for. I was trying to include to crash.dmp but cant seem so find a way to add files
  5. So I just recently purchased the game a few months back was playing, having a blast things were good. I move recently and go to play again and all of a sudden the game crashes on startup. I have tried uninstalling and installing again I have tried moving the KSP folder to a non write protected location (that was the kerbal support response to my email), nothing has worked and I just wanna get back to enjoying my purchase. So I am hoping the KSP community will step up and help me get back to exploring the stars. I am posting a copy of my eroor log below please help...and let me know if my output_log is needed or not
