I want to align part so that new one(s) would be centred right in the middle of vertical axis of the root part: Right now I can only eyeball it. In previous KSP versions it was possible to enable VAB_ANGLE_SNAP_INCLUDE_VERTICAL parameter in settings.cfg and that would enable vertical snap - now I tried it and it does not work for me. Is it possible to do something like with in current unmoded version?
