  1. @WildLynx Ahh, I see. Thanks for the heads up. Looks like I'll have to just stick with RPM by itself for IVA for now. Maybe if a scaled down version comes out sometime in the future (or I get a better computer).
  2. @WildLynx Yeah, that appears to be the case, I took out all the mods except for the Mk 1-2 IVA and it loaded (although none of the buttons and the RPM modules worked). Any remedies for fixing that that don't require an older version? I am a recent purchaser of KSP so I only have version 1.2 and beyond.
  3. @WildLynx 2.2 Ghz intel Core i7, VRAM 1536 MB, OSX Yosemite v. 10.10.4, 16GB memory (think that's RAM) Basically just a run-of-the-Mill MacBook Pro 15". Let me know if you need additional information.
  4. Sorry to swoop in on this but I am also having the same problem. Every time I try to "launch" a spacecraft with an advanced IVA (ALCOR or Mk 1-2) the system crashes. The game will load other launch vehicles without an advanced IVA (without changing anything in the GameData folder) and still runs the RPM modules and runs the SCANsat add ons and the like in those modules. I attached a log file from when I attempted to launch a vehicle in Sandbox mode where the vehicle only included an ALCOR module. Currently installed mods include: ALCOR LanderCapsule ALCOR Advanced IVA Mk 1-2 Mod. IVA ASET Props SCANsat MechJeb RPM Any help would be greatly appreciated. https://www.dropbox.com/s/vb4ub168k9drb8a/CrashI.log?dl=0
  5. IT WORKS!! IT WORKS!! And it was stupid. I didn't have Module Manager installed. Thank you all for putting up with my newbie ignorance today. I appreciate all the help.
  6. Yeah, they were being unzipped automatically (now I feel like an idiot). As for the resulting folders, the RPM mod did have a "GameData" folder, with a "JSI" folder inside. I saved the JSI folder in the Steam GameData folder as instructed. The game started up, I started a new sandbox game, built a vehicle, but the IVA was unchanged. I'm sure it is something stupid that I am missing......aarrgggg
  7. Also, not sure if this helps at all, but I got the mods from the following sites: RPM: https://github.com/Mihara/RasterPropMonitor/releases/ MECHJEB: https://mods.curse.com/ksp-mods/kerbal/220221-mechjeb
  8. The folders/file inside the MJ folder are: Bundles Icons License.md Parts Plugins
  9. The files I downloaded were not zipped in any way nor did either have a "gamedata" file within the initial folders. Per the instructions (at least how I undertood them) I saved the entire "MechJeb2-2" folder in my own "gamadata" folder. That returned an error prompt when I opened the game indicating that MechJeb should be in a folder entitled "MechJeb2" - I modified the folder name as instructed and the next time it loaded without the prompt. However, once I started the game no MechJeb was available.
  10. KSP: 1.2.2 Mac Yosemite OSX 10.10.4 Via Steam Problem: Mods Won’t Load Mods Installed: MechJeb 2.6.0 RasterPropMonitor v.0.28.0 Reproduction Steps: Saved Mods into GameData folder, started new “sandbox” game, went into VAB but was unable to locate Mechjeb module. Furthermore, once I sent the vessel to the launch pad to launch, upon entering IVA no updated interiors present. Furthermore, my initial save of Mechjeb2_2 folder returned an error, the error was removed when I renamed the folder to Mechjeb2 (as instructed by the error page in KSP). 11. I was trying to install the MechJeb and RasterPropMonitor mods onto my computer but nothing is showing up. I know the program is reading the "GameData" file because I initially included the wrong folder layout and the game indicated as such in the initial load. I have since corrected the problem so that the error doesn't show up on initial load but nothing in the game appears to have changed. No MechJeb device is available in the VAB and none of the module interiors have been updated. Is there something I need to do to activate the mods so that they operate? Am I doing something else wrong? Just as an FYI I have a Mac and play the game through Steam. Any help would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!
  12. Thanks guys that did the trick! The Mun base is successfully coming together now. Now just to get the fuel level high enough to satisfy the mission requirements.
  13. Hello all, relatively new player on KSP and love the game. Right now I am having trouble assembling my Mun base. I was able to land multiple modules on the Mun but cannot get a suitable Rover assembled to start docking them together. My main problem is that, when testing the rover, I am able to 1) drive the rover undocked - 2) dock the rover with the module - and 3) support the module in cantilever fashion. However, once docked the rover fails to drive at all. The front and rear wheels start acting weird (going pigeon toe instead of steering together) and the rover refuses to drive forward. Any advise as to what I am doing wrong? I added a screenshot of mysetup....docked with the module.
