    Alt + Z is to open the overlay that allows you to record, but Alt + F12 is to toggle the FPS overlay. To solve this, you have to turn it off by clicking that green switch. The debug menu should now pop up when you press ALT + F12 in-game

    I was having the same problem too, but I think i fixed it. If you have NVIDIA Share enabled in your GeForce Experience, turn it off. The reason for this is because Alt + F12 if bound to the FPS overlay in NVIDIA Share instead of the debug menu in KSP. http://imgur.com/a/6JpDX
