No I did not have a backup because I did not expect it to love up my base. I have changed names of Kerbals on missions before without problem. So I geuss that's gone then lol.

https://i.redd.it/ij1ze5zeioay.jpg Yesterday and today I made myself a small moonbase. After succesfully landing the evac-lander I edited the persistence file to change the names of my Kerbals. When this was all said and done, I loaded my game, and all the Kerbals in the astronaut complex are fine, but the moonbase-Kerbals dissapeared, taking large sections of the science lab with them. The observation cupola is just hanging there now. How do I fix this?
