I have been trying to do the gradual grav turn but I am very bad at it Any tips or instrucions? (I do have orbit but I have less fuel than I needed, sadly I don't have docking ports so I need to restart the mission.)

When I'm trying to grav turn at 10km to get a rocket ship into orbit it starts to fall to the side and I cant control it. (I'm on kerbin launch pad)
