    Kerbin-Side remastered gives you nicer bases (also not that many). I'll check this before I release the finished version of KK for 1.8. 

    If you deleted your old KK folder, you need to reinstall the Kerbin-Side folders aswell. KK converts some configs on startup, which is not an issue until you delete Kerbal Konstructs.

    Yes, that did the trick!!! I uninstalled and reinstalled Kerbin-Side (via CKAN) and now everything is back :)

  2. Hi,

    I used the updated version of Kerbal-Konstructs you kindly provided yesterday, but for some reason the pre-installed Kerbin-side bases, eg at Black Crags, do not show up at all even when flying straight into them (I have the exact coordinates saved in the Waypoint manager from previous playthroughs). I installed the new KK version manually as it doesn't appear in CKAN yet and it seems to work (the prelaunch stuff are there, Ctrl+K lets me build my own bases etc).

    Do I need to do anything else to make the pre-installed Kerbin-side bases appear?

    My apologies for the naive question and many many thanks for your hard work!

I have not tried using the cockpit as it is an odd form factor, but I do have it used for a great craft on an earlier save. I suspect the game would freeze/crash if the cockpit was used. Most likely it would attach to the craft, but when launched, it may have issues. Though the issues may not start until you went to cockpit view. I may do further testing in the future if I ever want to use the part for a craft.

    Same problem here as well. Tiger1357's workaround of deleting the folder works for now.

  4. Hi, many thanks for making this mod, it's very useful!

    I have a question. For some reason, I can only save 45 custom waypoints. When exporting them for backup, it says 45 points were exported, but next time I load the game the new points are not there and importing does nothing. Any hints what could be the problem?

    PS I'm using the latest version of KSP and Waypoint Manager (from CKAN).

  6. Hi, first let me say a big thank you for updating the mod, I really enjoy it.

    Second, a small question: is there any (easy for a noob) way to add more fuel tanks to the bases, so that every helipad, airport etc had one? I usually fly missions from base to base around the world in sandbox and it would be nice to be able to refuel. In most routes I can plan ahead, but not always.

  7. First, a big thank you to the creator of this mod :)  Kerbin-side has revitalized KSP for me as for the time being I focus on planes and now I can actually fly them somewhere!!! 

    Second, just to report a small issue I found. Even though most bases have fuel tanks, on sandbox most of them seem to be deactivated and they cannot be used to refuel, so I had to edit a few files (changed FacilityType = FuelTanks ) before I could use them. If I remember, it was mostly bases with "ksidetanks13.cfg" files instead of "ksidefueltanks3.cfg". Sorry if I am missing something.

    PS My Mach 2.1 VTOL beast is very hungry :sticktongue:
