    Everyone in the school got an email from the principal, not uncommon. Then some student replies to the email with 'ok' (which is seen by the WHOLE SCHOOL). Now every time someone replies, it's sent to everyone in the entire school. This has been going on for about an hour, and my inbox has over 200 unread emails as a result.

    Yes. I can spam these things out and abuse the capability of resource mining for my intergalactic empire fleet various vessels to explore the Kerbol system

    They're delaying it for a good reason. If they released it as planned, there would be complaints about the new bugs. Instead they're fixing them. Isn't that good of them to do that?

    Yep, that's what I'm planning to do. I will have several mining ships docked to the fuel vessel, have them land, mine ore, convert it, and then go back and transfer it to the fueling vessel for use by other craft.

    What about having a huge refueling ship in orbit around a planet and having small mining ships to create fuel, to keep it infinitely fueled? Having land bases can be difficult and in only one location it can be hard. That's just my idea, I might actually construct one tonight to see the feasibility of it

    You're not being ignored. They're not implementing clouds because of graphical limitations on old PCs and other things. If you want your clouds, then download mods. Ultimately KSP is driven by the way the developers want it to go, and they make the decisions. And how are they making excuses? 'No excuses.' in your words

    I experimented with refueling stations in orbit around all the planets and moons. It worked really well

    We do not know that. You can always binge watch some KSP series (Interstellar Quest kept me happy for about 2 months), or try making your own game, etc
