Thanks, I got it to work now, I was confused because normally when I unzip files they become game data files with the mod files inside then I take out the files in that game data and move them into the KSP game data file.

So the HL Airship mod folders: Category, Flags, Icons, Parts, Plugins all go in the Gamedata folder?

In this mod the Heisenberg folder is causing the game to crash when loading, if I remove the folder from the WildBlueIndustries folder the game will load. I moved all mods game data folders to the KSP game data and I have the HL airships mod installed. Also In the game the tab to get airship parts gives me parts for the Buffalo vehicle.

How exactly do I install the mod, do I just put the whole folder in gamedata. Do I add each Item to a matching folder or in its own folder inside of the KSP folder?

I am running KSP on a MBP and it crashes at start up when its almost done. I do not know what is causing it to crash and I have too many mods to know which one, I do know the KAS mod "outdated" because it tells me even though I have updated it to the latest release(6.3). How can I figure out what is causing the crash and how do I update KAS even though it is updated?
For KAS it tells me I need 6.3.

Can someone refresh my mind in how to install this mod. Does the "HLAirships" folder go in the gamedata or do I all the "HLAirships" internal folders to the KSP main folder?
