KSP: 1.2.2 Windows x64
Problem: Saturn rings are black and cast no shadow

Reproduction steps:
This is a fresh install with all mods left exactly as they came. I start a new game and either send a ship to Saturn, or go to Saturn in the tracking station and the rings are black and cast no shadow.

Note :
I also get the bug described by mystere9 (Venus and Mars appear with solid borders around them.)
