Are there any plans on adding in so you can control the stage locking whice is normaly "ALT(left)+L" to activate?

so i have been working on making a new set of landing gear. but i have been running into a few problems with the animation. my animation is made in 3ds max and then i pull the part into unity and using the parts tool i export it. my animation only works when retracting the gear, and only with the right-click GUI. so i cant extend it or use the "G" key. for the animation i followed a tutorial somewhere on this site, where i called the animation "retract" and i got to the point where i was able to retract the gear. but now iam stuck. do anyone have an idea of what to do now?

Is it Possible to add parts parameters in the CFG form lets say a fuel tank to a winglet, so that it can contain fuel??
