I play on xbox I try all preset I have a cursor its the curser actions if you press b or x your supose to open a windows for my that does nothing but when I start the games with my old controllers all controls work fine if i switch battery after i start the game its ok but if i start the game with my new controllers the curser actions menu doesn't work

My action menu not working I restart my console few time and its not working I download the game 3 time and same story no action menu I can't do nothing
