I have KSP version 1.4.2 and have the mod version 1.7.0

Is there somthing I need for the hinges, Rotors, etc? Because the things I attach to it do not move.

Hello, I think I ran into a litle proplem with the 3.75m Ball. I had it on an Lander as a Heat und Impact shield and when i was enterd back in Kerbins atmosphere it immediately burned. I also noticed that it did not use any ablator. Maby this was the Problem?
