After some testing, I've found out it doesn't affect small ships, but rather big ones (lots of parts), and no, it's not related to struts. While trying to see if I could pull off Apollo 13, the wobble appeared again, minor when inside the atmosphere but it got really bad when I entered space, will post screenshots later.

I'm certain the wobble isn't a sort of visual illusion caused by the textures, as the mun landing previously mentioned ended in disaster after the ship started spazzing out even though it had landed safely, but thanks for the answer.

See title. Also happened to me with a kerbal in a Mun landing. Only mods I have are some plane mods, but none modify any values as far as I know.
