Parts & Vessels Fairings disable parachutes, even after staging

Reported Version: v0.1.5 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 10 | CPU: Intel Core i7 4790 | GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 Super | RAM: 16 GB Fairing causes parachute arming and deployment not to happen even after fairing is deployed. Could not reproduce in other crafts using fairings besides remaking of affected craft. Affected craft attached. Video: Included Attachments: DunaTransfer.json -
