I just wanted to know. -
Breaking News if you run the game from steam it will delete the cfg files. But if you verify integrity and run from the install directory your files wont be deleted.

When i verified integrity of game files there was nothing about Windows defender just steam and file explorer

I think none off them have config files (.cfg) I have also done many clean reinstalls but the game still doesn't load.

So when I start Kerbal Space Program It loads everything and after loading bundle definitions it just stops. It happens every time I start up the game. I have already tried verifying my game files. But. It says something about a null instance thing.
