First post here. Question is above. I've tried installing mods to give me the option but none are updated to 1.4.5 and they don't work. Is there a way to tweak the config files? From what I've seen, there used to be a way, but the newer updates patched it off. My interplanetary ship is begging for a reusable heat shield.

First post here. The mod I downloaded says its outdated and should be used in version 1.4.2. I'm in 1.4.5 so I don't think it should matter. It's basically just a config file that tweaks the settings of the heat shield so I can deflate it during missions. https://spacedock.info/mod/918/Deflatable%20Heat%20Shield Maybe it's something I've missed when I installed it. Is there another way to do this? The fact that you can't deflate your heat shield is pretty stupid, and my interplanetary ship is begging for it.
