- You would have to design a unique rocket that is 100% Stock parts. If you want to win you have to be creative to make a rocket . It must carry a payload to moon orbit. that means that the stages all need to come back safe but it does not mean that you have to bring the flaring but it would awesome to recover it and prove SpaceX wrong.
