It's a completely stock install. It appears in every 1.4.5 install and save. Not sure about other versions though. -
Whenever I get to 100 km above the surface, several 'tiles' start to sort of slide across Kerbin. It only happens above 100 km. Here is a video: Note: I am using KSP version 1.4.5. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Edit: It sometimes makes the entire peninsula under the space center slide along with the ocean tiles.
