I'm building a space station with a rotating section and a counterbalance flywheel. In the VAB it works perfect but anywhere else the washers dont stay connects. They are literally just stacked up but not connected. I have tested them in smaller builds and they work perfectly. I'm attaching a photo and the vehicle file. Try it in VAB to see what its supposed to do. I have several mods installed but i tried it with the mods uninstalled and it was the same. It's frustrating because this build is almost done except it wont function correctly.
