I see...had a brain fart....was reading it as asl(vac) instead of full(empty)...thx for the help (Lol was a good guess saying 1.2)

so built this lil craft to complete 2 splashed down test missions...twr is 4.21 asl but craft flies like twr is more like 1.2 any ideas ...thought maybe resistance but tried nose cones to no effect...anyone have any ideas? parts list and pic bellow terrier engine fl100 fuel tank 2x mkr2 radial mount parachutes size 1.5 decoupler probodobodyne okty
