Hello! Recently, I made a Mun Base in orbit. It was ok, 6 modules, all connected and verified, but when I'm decoupling it on the Mun it starts to shake violently and it destroys itselfs. Even when I'm not doing anything it's destroying. Please, help me!

I just don't know what to do. I tried all fairing settings, I tried a smaller fairing but it does not attach. The fairing base just don't want to decouple (between the engine and fairing base was a decouple, but it was just shoot out and the fairing base remained)

Hello! Some of my rockets have an annoying bug. When I decouple a stage, camera focus is on debris, but that's not a problem until I switch the stage and my ship does not work properly. In tracking station it is a new ship and when I 0ress "space" to turn Engines on, they decouple. Help me!
