Whenever I land anywhere and try to EVA my kerbal so that they can exit the lander can, they can sometimes glitch the lander and send it flying. Usually it isnt too bad and I can recover it, but on my recent Dres mission it flipped it upside down while sending it careening over the ground at 50 m/s, causing it to crash and explode.

Hello. I'm new to the forums but I've been playing KSP for about a year and a half, but for some reason, I can't bind numbers to actions in career mode. As far as I can remember, this has never happened before, so i'm completely in the dark. Please help. Thanks.
