Thanks. I don't have any screenshots, but I have plenty of crew modules and probe cores on the parts that will undock, so I'm not sure if that's the issue.

I put two standard docking ports next to each other, and when I tried to undock it said "Status: Locked." I checked a few times to make sure the ports were in line and oriented correctly, and they were, but it still wasn't working? Any ideas?
