Hi everybody! I've noticed that since 1.11.1 patch, all probes in my career game provide almost all SAS modes (except target / anti-target). Moreover my Kerbal pilots who used to provide only prograde and retrograde assistance now provide almost all SAS modes - like the probes. Did anybody notice it also? Is it desired behaviour, which came with the new patch or the new bug? Or is it possibe to switch it off and to have it like before patch? I didn't find any switch which solves this. Thank you for any ideas!

Yes, you're right. For me, personally, it's matter of how much it breaks laws of physics. So this plane looks good from this point of view (however I don't know details). I don't like when it dramatically changes properties of some part (e.g. engine power, fuel tank size, etc.). However anybody can choose his own way, of course. Btw very nice plane! I like it

Hello @HvP Big thanks for your extensive answer! I definitely agree. In this case (and many others of course) it makes possible to build something what is technically possible. On the other hand is placing e.g. two fuel tanks to the same space. Because it would be dream of all engineers in the world to have twice more fuel in same space But I understand that it makes possible to build some futuristic/sci-fi ships and generally I have no problem with this although it's not way I want to go.

Hello everybody! I've just discover a very strange feature. When I build some rocket and use move gizmo I can place some part to the place, where it partly or fully overlap another part of the vehicle. Even the rocket built in this manner is sometimes fully operable (in other cases it explodes ). But it isn't so important because I don't want to build such ship. So I've searched for some explanation and found many forum threads about "part clipping" what seems to be somehow connected with the behaviour I described above. Unfortunatelly after reading this threads I am still confused, because some of them seem to be outdated and also full of opposing opinions. So I have theese questions: 1) Is parts overlapping also called "part clipping"? Or it is something diferent? 2) If it is "parts clipping" then why after checking and unchecking "Part Clipping in Editors" in game console doesn't change anything on this behaviour (I didn't notice any diference)? 3) Why is this even possible in this game which tries to simulate many physics effects (I mean building a ship which breaks physics laws)? Is it possible to disable it? Thank you for all helpful answers!

Yes, you're probably right. As I can say after a few experiments the behaviour of signal strength bonus is same for me. So it really looks like the wiki is wrong. I supposed wiki to be most relevant information source but it seems to contain many inaccurate or even wrong information which are hardly distinguished without experimenting. I didn't notice such behaviour and unfortunately I currently haven't any game in such progress to be able to experiment with this.

Thank you for your reply. Well....I'm not sure, but I think so. See the picture below. There is +40% bonus displayed on the blue transmit data button. According wiki the Mystery Goo gives 30% of science if transmitted. So if the transmit bonus is added, it gives 42% what is also disaplayed on the blue transmit data button (30% * 1.4 = 42%). Real science points income also conforms to this number. Moreover if I disable Comm Network in Game Difficulty settings, transmitting Mystery Goo gives only 30% of science points as expected (without 40% bonus, which is no more displayed on the blue transmit data button). This applies also to other science experiments.

Hello everybody, can anybody explain, why I am getting 40% transmit bonus on science data transmitted directly from KSC launchpad? I am using only Comunotron 16(-S) antenna, transmitting Mystery Goo or Thermometer data and no other vessel or satellite is in the game. I haven't installed any game mod. I've read many wiki pages (of course https://wiki.kerbalspaceprogram.com/wiki/CommNet and https://wiki.kerbalspaceprogram.com/wiki/Science) and I've searched for information here on forum and generally on the www, but all I found is that the transmit bonus applies only while transmitting through any relay antenna. I think that this isn't my case. I suppose the transmission goes directly from the vessel to the KSC. Can anybody explain what's going on here? Thank you!
