I'm playing on the latest version of KSP, with Breaking Ground installed.
None of the rocket fuel tanks (FL-T100, FL-T200) are showing in the tech tree, or the VAB or SPH.

Here's my entire GameData folder, with all the mods I currently have installed. It's a fresh save from a few hours ago, and no mods have been added/removed since I started.
Apologies if this issue has already been posted and solved, but is there any way to fix this? Help is greatly appreciated.
Edit: Removed a few mods, still hasn't fixed the problem.
