I know about the insanity of our Internet regulation and check the ip \ domains list blocked by the government of the Russian Federation. So it looks like a Cloudflare block. But other sites on Cloudflare still work. As I know, Cloudflare settings have DDoS protection, which can be fully automatic or manually configured. If you don’t block IP ranges manually, it might be worth asking for cloudflare support, right?
