I have the same issue as OP. 3700x with Sapphire Pulse 5700xt. Crashes after playing the game for 2 min. Black screen, loss of video signal, sound still on, but hard reset required to recover. These AMD drivers have been crashing in Witcher 3 as well in some specific locations.
